He launched several businesses, experienced three failures, and eventually returned to employment. One pivotal chapter came when he spent two years working alongside eight-figure entrepreneur Dirk Kreuter. That experience transformed his approach to business and helped shape the work he does today.
Now, through Leadflow Consulting, Lukas works with established business owners who already have teams in place, including law firms, medical practices, and advisory businesses. He helps them think differently about growth, leadership, and building stronger operations.
