Australian Jazz Guitarist Albare

Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Australian Jazz Guitarist Albare .. He opened up about his new 2020 CD Plays Jobim… This cat is a consummate professional, nodding to his fellow musicians who return the compliment, all equals regardless of however many years individuals may have been serving their art. Whether in his birthplace Morocco, in Israel, France or his hometown for the past thirty years - Melbourne, Australia – He is always embracing those "World Music" elements - Gypsy, Latin, Arabic, Mediterranean, even Chinese - as part of his vocabulary – His commitment to the jazz form is obvious not only in the music he makes but in his determination to raise its profile within the wider community in his adopted homeland. He’s got a great story .. So, get to know him and dig this interview my friends ..
