Welcome to a new edition of the Neon Jazz interview series with Bandleader Aldo Perez and Singer Jenny Lee Mitchell of the Seasoned NYC Sextet of Jazz Cats Peppered with Vaudevillian-Style Comedy  - The Jazz Bastards .. The group first came together as friends who were also professionals in various creative fields. They band is excited to announce their 2020 six-month on-going residency at NYC’s renowned alt-cabaret supper club, Pangea. This group is a grand collection of performers that serve up indie bop with originals, standards and slapstick or as one put it .. “In the midst of the neo-vaudeville you realize they can really play" So, get to know this band and dig this interview my friends ..
